Fred Havers is the President of the 400 La Peninsula Condominium Association and Mr. Havers greatest accomplishment on the board is that the 400 La Peninsula Condominium Association broke the record for the most amount of money spent on a lawyer by an association in all La Peninsula. During Fred Havers watch on the board, the 400 Association has spent more money on lawyers than all of the other six building associations combined. It is estimated that Mr. Havers has wasted over $50,000.00 of the unit owners maintenance fees on his personal vendetta!
